Clinical service

CherryHealth connects patients in Kenya with qualified clinicians. Symptom intake supports routing and is not a diagnosis. Treatment decisions are made by a clinician after reviewing the available information.

Emergencies

CherryHealth does not replace emergency services. For life-threatening symptoms, call 999 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.

Measurements

Patient-entered and connected-device readings may be incomplete or inaccurate. Phone-camera estimates are context only and must not be used as a validated measurement or as the sole basis for a care decision.

Payments and access

Current prices, renewal status and refund terms must be shown before payment. Cancellation stops future renewal while paid access continues through the current period unless a refund or legal requirement says otherwise.

Acceptable use

Keep account access secure, provide accurate information, do not impersonate another person, and do not misuse clinical or communication services.

These terms require final legal and clinical-governance approval before public launch.
