Request account deletion

If you can sign in, requesting deletion in the Android app is the fastest path. Otherwise, provide the email or Kenyan phone number associated with your account. We will verify ownership before acting.

Deletion removes or de-identifies account data that CherryHealth is permitted to erase. Clinical, payment, security or legal records may be retained where an approved policy or law requires it.
