Request account deletion

If you can sign in, requesting deletion in the Android app is the fastest path. Otherwise, provide the email or Kenyan phone number associated with your account. We will verify ownership before acting.

Deletion removes or de-identifies account data that CherryHealth is permitted to erase. Clinical, payment, security or legal records may be retained where an approved policy or law requires it.

To request deletion of specific data while keeping your account, email sinchwara@gmail.com with the subject “CherryHealth data deletion” and identify the records you want removed. Do not email your password. We will verify account ownership and explain any records that must be retained and why. You can also remove individual vital readings in the app.

A request is reviewed before deletion; it does not immediately erase records. See our privacy policy for the data we hold, retention, and deletion details.
