What CherryHealth handles
CherryHealth processes identity and contact details, health profiles, symptom assessments, consultations, messages, care plans, records, device-supplied measurements, payment status, and security and audit events needed to deliver and protect the service.
Why we use it
We use this information to verify your account, connect you with clinicians, provide continuity of care, process care-access payments, send essential notices, protect patients and the service, and meet healthcare and legal obligations.
Device and camera measurements
Health Connect and Bluetooth access is permission-based. Camera heart and breathing estimates are labelled as context only; they are not validated clinical measurements and are excluded from clinical alerts and decision trends.
Sharing and storage
Access is limited to authorised care and operations personnel and vetted service providers needed for hosting, communications, calls, payments and security. Health information is not sold. Attachments are private and access-controlled.
Your choices
You can manage permissions and notifications in the app, ask for an export, correct profile information, or request account deletion. Some clinical, payment, fraud-prevention or legal records may need to be retained for an approved period even after a deletion request.
This notice requires final legal and clinical-governance approval before public launch.
